This agreement only pertains to the Images available from this site. You may still use the Dcat Screen Saver program which is not dependant on these images. This agreement is separate to the Dcat Screen Saver Conditions of Use.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE IMAGES ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

GRANT OF LICENSE
The author hereby grants you a license to use the Images subject to the following terms:
A) The images in the packages may only be used with the Dcat Screen Saver 
B) You may not modify the images in any way what so ever.
C) You may not redistribute the images without the express written permission of David Tucker.
D) No charge can be made or received for the images.
E) You may not make any financial and/or commercial gain from the images.
F) You may not permit other individuals to use the Images. 
G) You may not rent, lease, resell or transfer the rights to the Images.
H) You may not pass the Images on to others. The images are only available from the Author's web site (www.crosswinds.net/~daviddcat). Each person must download their own copy from this site. 
I) You can terminate this license agreement at any time by deleting and removing the images.

COPYRIGHT
The Images are protected by copyright laws of Australia and international copyright treaties. Title, all rights including intellectual property right and ownership remain with the Author. You do not purchase any rights on the Images except those set forth in this license agreement.

David Tucker may permit the use of the images for use other than with Dcat Screen Saver. Contact David Tucker for details.
